Suggestions for improvement
- separate the agency operations from the other operations, eliminate current management structure and people, replace with new structure and staff that is pro employee, pro team environment. eliminate the verbally abusive employees, bring current staff wages up to par. eliminate wasteful procedures
I like about the employer
they offered a variety of benefits if you wanted them
I dislike about the employer
extremely low pay compared to industry, low morale, little to no raises, several verbally abusive employees were not reprimanded.
