What I like about the company
Too much gossip and back stabbing with the human resources
The manager who wears a badge of MD even though he has no license to practice medicine is not happy if he knows that any employee is going to school
It was a case of keep the employees apart from one another, and surreptitiously report one another to the manager for personal gains.
This hospital lab employs mostly per diem staff with one or two full timers. The full timers work more than 60 hours a week and get paid 40 hours.
Culture of firing qualified personnel for less qualified ones.
There is lack of managerial ability in this company. It's like the story in the book, the animal farm.
Lack of meaningful communication. People are just ordered around. Scheduling is chaotic.
This job does not value experience.
This is lacking
