Support from Management
You have to be a friend of management or supervisors to get a head.
Employees do not work well with one another unless you're part of their clique.
Level of Autonomy
The workload is to much for one person to handle. They over work and under pay.
Lack of communication in many departments.
Hours are horrible. Most departments have rotating schedules working all three shifts.
