Suggestions for improvement
- Hire some real professionals run the company independantly from the family run structure. Care about the talent you have trapped into your employment and you won't lose so many of them!
I like about the employer
It allows me to pay my bills most of the time
I dislike about the employer
Taken for granted, no regular reviews, no pay raise schedule ( you never know when you could get a raise, and probably won't get one) revolving door employment - use someone up and go get another from a temp company. This company spends their money on buying new equipment and other expenses at the cost of their employees not getting raises. No breaks either. I work over 5 hours until my lunch! Company owners have all their kids in key positions making just as bad of decisions as their parents in running the company (into the ground).
