- Stop outsourcing to India. Value your employees. Put the company name on job ads so people are aware who they are applying to.
I like about the employer
Honestly, only that you were in air conditioning and the chance to learn about credentialing.
I dislike about the employer
When I worked there, the training was horrible at all times. No open door policy. Questions were unwelcomed as the person you had to ask was either always in a hurry, or not in their office. NO feedback on your performance until your yearly review. No consideration for loyal employees.
