Suggestions for improvement
- Take up Six Sigma, Sterling or any other process management system.
What I like about the company
They were willing to accept less than qualified employees, so more people had the opportunity for at least 60-90 day employment.
What I dislike about the company
Total lack of process management. Employees has little or no input on daily processes. A general attitude of profit before care of our clients. Inflexibility pertaining to tardiness, traffic accidents, police delays or emergency health issues were not considered as viable reasons for being late to work. The "no fault" policy of absenteeism and tardiness was not feasible in the congested metropolitan area near the work place.
