Leadership was seriously lacking.
There is NO career development. You pretty much just work the position you were hired to work. Company does not offer anything regarding tuition reimbursement to pursue a higher education.
Overall Compensation for your work
The manner in which the company calculated quarterly bonuses was a joke. Management avoided employees who requested a detailed explanation and documentation of how one department can receive a bonus and another did not when we ALL put in effort to increase quarterly sales.
