What I like about the company
Competitive wages based on experience
What I dislike about the company
PTO is in a bank - would like to see a split into accounts to be used Sick/Personal/Vacation
Bereavement does not cover aunts and uncles - which in my family structure is considered immediate family
Those who don't work at the Corporate Office have very few benefits of the company and they are not allowed to participate in the client events either. Leaves many feeling like they belong nowhere.
Responsibilities keep increasing without pay increasing - other than minimal raises yearly.
