  • Honestly there is nothing I would change about the company they are very flexible and willing to work with you.

What I like about the company

The company is very quick to assist you if you have any questions about something. The different departments are very friendly and made me feel super welcome when I started 3 weeks ago.

What I dislike about the company

I disapprove of the PTO time PTO and vacation are lumped together so you don't get to distinguish between sick time and vacation time.

Suggestions for improvement

  • When implementing new systems and programs, have better training platforms for employees. The confusion leads to frustration and criticism of others. Be more focused on patient's over all experience and not so focused on pre-authorizations to ensure the company gets their money. Have better incentive programs when changing the expectations of employees.

What I like about the company

The company gave me an opportunity to grow into myself as an employee and assist colleagues as well as co-workers above me with day to day needs. I learned the inner workings of insurance and health care which provided me with knowledge I can apply even now to friends and family. The company was large but the office was small which brought employees closer together and made it a joyful relaxing work environment.

What I dislike about the company

The company started out treating its employees great and not like subordinates but as the company changed to a cooperation the humanity and morals seemed to disappear. The main goal was compassion and team work but the end goal was how fast can you get it done, patient volume and learning new systems that took away the employees personalities. The company could have had a smoother transition implementing different new programs and a better help desk resource for common questions and concerns. The company went through the motions and still treated their employees fairly but they lacked the moral decency they once had.

What I like about the company

everyone is veryOur employees must be mindful of the corporate practice of medicine, which essentially means that medical decisions are made at the center level by our providers and clinical staff. The centers are owned by licensed physicians in each state we serve and are supported administratively by our Management Service Organization (MSO). MSO includes several administrative office departments: information technology, human resources, operations, compliance, marketing, legal, finance and site development.
Our materials, including email messages, indicate this important relationship between center-based employees and those employees providing administrative support.
The following materials serve as a brief highlight of some of the Policies & Procedures which significantly impact all MedExpress employees.
