everyone is veryOur employees must be mindful of the corporate practice of medicine, which essentially means that medical decisions are made at the center level by our providers and clinical staff. The centers are owned by licensed physicians in each state we serve and are supported administratively by our Management Service Organization (MSO). MSO includes several administrative office departments: information technology, human resources, operations, compliance, marketing, legal, finance and site development.
Our materials, including email messages, indicate this important relationship between center-based employees and those employees providing administrative support.
The following materials serve as a brief highlight of some of the Policies & Procedures which significantly impact all MedExpress employees. This is not intended to serve as a reiteration of complete details of any or all Policies & Procedures to which employees must adhere as a condition of employment with MedExpress. All MedExpress Policies & Procedures are reviewed, amended, supplemented and updated from time to time and can be found, in their entirety, on the MedExpress portal where they may be accessed by selecting “Policies & Procedures.” http://intranet/portal/index.cfm?t=docs&page=employee/policies.cfm.
It is therefor required that, upon commencement of employment with MedExpress and periodically thereafter on no less than a semi-annual basis, each employee access and review all Policies & Procedures relevant to their given position/responsibilities within MedExpress.
