No trust here.. Really what manager tells you to play good cop and they play bad cop
Support from management
They only support each other, a serious good old boy network.
Plenty of equality. You are at a disadvantage if you do not play the game
Attitude towards older colleagues
Plenty of support for long-serving colleagues. That is who rules here.
No opportunities for growth unless you have worked there since the days of old...
Overall compensation for your work
If you dare to work here, get as much money as you can up front. They try to low-ball you.
Office / Work Environment
Equipment is up-to-date/
Hours are normal, no push to work day and night
Too many hushed conversations and people who are scared to speak up for fear of losing their job
No stability here at all if you do not play the good cop / bad cop game
Work is handed out to accommodate the likes and dislikes of those working there since long ago.
Inclusive / Diverse
NO... Only those of the old timers.
Suggestions for improvement
- Really evaluate your managers and how they treat employees. Learn to develop new staff members, not test if they will play management games that are going on between managers.
