Support from Management
They are in charge of making sure everyone is overworked.
Very challenging work because nobody knows what they're doing. Repeat service calls because techs cut corners to get to.the next job.
I like about the employer
Somewhat discounted service, although the company makes you pay full price for their unreliable phone service. 1/2 price pay per view.
I dislike about the employer
Attitude of management is get the jobs done, but most techs are overworked and have no time allotted to do a good job. Training is a joke. Turnaround is bad, there are service techs that have no experience but are going on calls that they can't handle.
