Support from management

There is no conflict because if you don't fit the program, they just terminate you, or find a reason to. They are in the business of cost cutting after all.

Teamwork

This is hit and miss, some teams work well some don't. I happened to get stuck with a team that would rather point out flaws to better their own image as opposed to actually helping people learn, thus improving the overall team.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Some of the upper management and supervisors have to go. They have a sense of entitlement that, while good for themselves, is a cancer upon the company as a whole. The only issue is because of the "clique" mentality with the same group of managers and supervisors, the chances of this happening are slim and none.

What I like about the company

Most, but not all the employees are good folks and will look out for each other.

What I dislike about the company

The other employees only look out for themselves which in turn causes some good employees to be let go or flat out leave. Instead of helping employees learn, they are more than happy to point out faults to make themselves look better. Also there is a bit of a "clique" mentality, and if you don't fit, then you will be gone. This is a shame because I think the company has huge potential if they can get over some of these personnel issues. But since they do not seem to be willing, they will stay where they are. Arguably successful but mostly underachievers.
