Suggestions for improvement
- Realize that your credentialing manager was not the image he wants for his company
I like about the employer
The owner is very hands on, but needs to train some of his management on how to behave like a manager, and not like a high school kid
I dislike about the employer
My manager was in a click with another employee. They acted like high school kids, always running back and forth with each other, whispering and acting very unprofessional. The one employee called her outside client her work husband and would act like a teengaer when she had to call him.
