Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2015
Support from Management
The nursing supervisor is control hungry. Of you need a piece of paper, you must go through her. If you are one of her favorites then you have a paved road to increase in pay while doing less work than the majority. One of her favorites earned her LPN on the click. Literally she just studied and did nothing else. She was aware of coworkers disapprovement and stated "if anyone has a problem with what I'm doing, go ask ____ about it. Also, one of her favorites is sittings at home in her fuzzy slippers and getting pay and benefits. Supposedly working from home. How? No one knows how this is possible. Why? Because the employee has bad knees? Can't sit at a desk? Hmm...so, the CEO does NOT run this company. The nursing supervisor runs the donor center and mobile unit as well. If you like to Brown nose then by all means "welcome home."
Suggestions for improvement
- Never allow one individual to have so much control.
