No one in management seems to be united on a common goal. It appears as if most management is concerned on personal goals instead of being cohesive.

A great deal of interdepartmental infighting exists. Borderline hostile work environment.
Poor customer service isn't addressed and there's not even a customer service department.
Employees that have poor customer service are rarely terminated, but slow or older employees are easily a target for termination.
Excellent handicap accessibility.
There's actually a safety team that meets monthly but the buses and company cars are old and dated and at times are being repaired more often than actually being in service.
