This places treats employees like children. They just implemented a no talking rule among employees while on the clock or risk loosing your job. (Corporate office)

Management really don't care about the challenges you have to deal with to get the job done. They just want it done fast. No assistance to help is ever offered.

Office / Work Environment
Dull, repetitive, no support from the owners. The management says thing they want to change but never follow through.
None. They really don't like to pay for PTO or vacation time. It's always an issue to take time off.
Constant threat of loosing your jobs from management for things that are out of your control.
No; and it's very repetitive.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees like the assets they are. Team leads need training on how and what is means to be a leader.

Lack of advancement and unexperienced managers.
