Suggestions for improvement
- Change in management. Perhaps a qualified and respectful person would be useful in a large laboratory with very underpaid chemists and biologists in order to raise and maintain morale. Many many employees speak very poorly about the treatment at MDL and the turnover rate of employees is a key sign of this.
I like about the employer
I really liked many of my coworkers, most are great employees.
I dislike about the employer
The director is very deceitful by persuading some employees into accepting "promotions" with more responsibility, all based on talk of a bonus and pay raise which the employee will never see and will be forced to accept being lied to and continue the extra responsibilities or take a huge pay cut due to being demoted to part time.
