Suggestions for improvement
- Get some integrity in your regional/upper management staff. Teach them that a person's word still means something in this world. Try a little positive reinforcement every once in a blue moon.

I dislike about the employer
I had heard horror stories about MFA for years. Last year, I took a job with them thinking, "How bad could it be?" I have NEVER worked for a company with so little integrity. Politics and loose gossip were the standard, particularly as you went up through the hierarchy. Promises made to address problems never seemed to materialize. Those who brought up issues were labeled as "troublemakers" and were targeted for disciplinary action so the company could get rid of them.
