It's a lot of favoritism in this company. They do not reward you for hard work, they use you and reward the people that don't want to work.

Horrible the supervisors don't know the product and they do not help. They do not seemed interested in getting to know the products as much as micromanaging .
Yes that had regular meeting to advise of the metrics and goals.

It is some older people working for the company, the vast majority are younger people.

Overall compensation for your work
No the salary could be better for the amount of stress associated with this position. The benefits are laughable as they cost so much for the minimal and they only cover you. If you want your dependents to have insurance you will have to pay the full price. The company does not pay a penny towards dependents.
Office / Work Environment
The work environment is okay it just tends to get very loud.
They do recycle and volunteer within the community.
The building is handicap accessible the company however does not accommodate people with disabilities.
I was very proud of the work I produced. The work can be stressful at times.

No they have a set way they like to do things and they rarely divert from that set way. Opinions are not valued.
Suggestions for improvement
- I suggest that they change the people they have in supervisor and management positions. I suggest that they take a look at people's work performance and base promotions and raises according to performance. They should also make it a point to complete evaluations in a timely manner.
What I like about the company
I appreciated the location as it is very easy to get to.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like that the people that are in place are only worried about who they like as a person and who they are friends with. They do not evaluate people based on their performance, if you get an evaluation at all. The management does not understand the meaning of personal business as they speak of things that they should not with other coworker.
