It was "them" against "us". When your trying to work for the resident it should always be for te resident FIRST & ALWAYS!
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the union. Listen to everyone!
I like about the employer
I adored the open door policy, even if it didn't work!
I dislike about the employer
I don't like unions!
In a small organization such as ours, it was TOO much! In the end, the residents suffered because if the rules!
