- thorough review of tools and technologies
My coworkers and I find reasons to have team potlucks and weekend get-togethers because we've grown so close together. There are yearly raises and a bonus along with the ability to promote every 6 months.
The upper management doesn't always communicate anything that will be changing. There's also process changes that may happen that is not communicated, but expected to be followed.
