Suggestions for improvement
- They need an HR department and really need to improve compensation if they want to maintain strong employees.
I really like the people. There is a very positive attitude and a feeling that you are part of something big and important. There is flexibility in the schedule with some telecommuting allowed.
The tangible benefits are mediocre. They try to keep people happy with things like a really cool summer picnic and free soda, but salaries are modest at best. The family leave is better than many other places, but still leaves something to be desired.
