Suggestions for improvement
- Like any company, offer incentives to get workers to be more productive. It almost feels like the company is ok admittedly good benefits, but low pay, because they just want "ok" growth.
What I like about the company
Great people to work for, and with. Pretty flexible to people's needs (time off, sick time, paid leave, disability, etc.). The atmosphere is not super demanding, so you don't feel like work is "getting you down". Plenty of opportunities to take "mental breaks".
What I dislike about the company
The pay is subpar. Possibly by design. The company could be described as an "Entry Level Company". Work for the company for a few years, get a lay of the industrial land, make a few dollars, then either move up the ladder, or bolt for a rival company, or hospital, or related company, who offer much higher pay. The company doesn't really "mind" this turnover because they can just keep paying a steady supply of new hires a lower-than-average salary.
