Upper executive-level management definitely has a bias toward male leadership, but women are treated very well in both entry-level and management positions.
Put reps against one another.Divisive management controlled by fear and use fear tactics to motivate. Distrust and blame games. Doing well because of legacy leaders in numerous departments and legacy sales reps. Doing well because of talented legacy folks still present and the fact that competing products have come under FDA scrutiny. Right place at the right time for newest guys in charge.
Manager wanted to know every move of miserable team members, controlled calls and follow-up.
