Help w/resume writing. Support and encouragement during initial contact and through signing.
When the organization say's they have your back they do. I've seen and experienced many instances where something personal happens and teammates will aide the person in need. I was injured and teammates rallied together to cheer me up, make meals, visit, etc. It's a great place to work!
They were able to employ me at one of the worst time in my life and the paperwork process was expedited well
I did enjoy the contract and i wish there was some effort to find me another or make me a full hire.
Everyone has made me feel apart of the Medix family from day one. I love that we are all here for each other

Employees don't like

Continue support thoughout contract period. Be more attentive to managers not signing timecards before deadline and BEFORE it is too late to get time entered for weekly pay. No fee debit card. Fees are outrageous and should not be assessed to employee if timecard is not signed. Ability is create own log-in/user id and password using a set convention for User ID access to HR and other services. It is difficult to remember such made up with no set convention ...
I went and asked for help and they turned their backs
In any organization, communication can always be better. The constant is that there is always change. It's how we drive that change that could be a little less chaotic and more organized.
The direct hiring while others are still working through a contract with a temporary agency.

Suggestions for improvement

Hard to say as the experience is contract specific but I did not feel like I mattered one way or the other. Never rude just replaceable.
This was outlined completely in the previous answer.
More female executives and a stronger female voice and presence. Sometimes we are quick to promote people that aren't ready and don't fulfill a leadership need. Also, better leadership development programs and learning and development programs in general.
More communication..more Benefits (more PTO) paid time off days and higher sala
You need better management. I’m disgusted.
