What I like about the company
Help w/resume writing. Support and encouragement during initial contact and through signing.
What I dislike about the company
Continue support thoughout contract period. Be more attentive to managers not signing timecards before deadline and BEFORE it is too late to get time entered for weekly pay. No fee debit card. Fees are outrageous and should not be assessed to employee if timecard is not signed. Ability is create own log-in/user id and password using a set convention for User ID access to HR and other services. It is difficult to remember such made up with no set convention by someone in HR this includes the password that should be set to automatically be set by employee at 1st login. Pay should be offered using years experience and taking into account the local minimum wage. An offer for someone with over 10 years experience in the field should be given way more than only $3 an hour over minimum. Hire recruiters that are familiar with the industry,jobs, and licensing requirements within the state of emoyment. My recruiter and her boss had to be schooled regarding the licensing for my profession in Washington State. This fact almost made me seek cintract work elsewhere as I couldn't be certain I was being placed in a clinic that was a match to my skills at first.
