I've worked for several organizations and this company truly cares about culture, purpose and values.
What I like
When the organization say's they have your back they do. I've seen and experienced many instances where something personal happens and teammates will aide the person in need. I was injured and teammates rallied together to cheer me up, make meals, visit, etc. It's a great place to work!
What I dislike
In any organization, communication can always be better. The constant is that there is always change. It's how we drive that change that could be a little less chaotic and more organized.
Suggestions for improvement
More female executives and a stronger female voice and presence. Sometimes we are quick to promote people that aren't ready and don't fulfill a leadership need. Also, better leadership development programs and learning and development programs in general.
