This is a flip flop area. The answer is always at management discretion. There is not fairness, there is favoritism. There is know trust or confidentiality.
Support from management
No Management support, their way or highway.
No team work what so ever. A lot of favoritism.
Freedom to work independently
No autonomy at all, not a trusting company, they watch every unnecessary move. No room for self governing at all.
