Support from management
The supervisors were untrained in their roles and were lower level of medical care than most of the new hire staff. There is no way a higher level of care can call for guidance or asistance from a lower trained individual.
When away from management. The crews worked well with each other.
One word nepotism. Family owned family run. No chance for improvement or working up in the company.
