If you want to work here, it will be GREAT as long as you have NO AMBITION for more..
Meetings are never held... Management has no respect for low level feedback. Occasional parties are held over the lunch hour for birthdays
Attitude towards older colleagues
Many intelligent persons in the past were let go as they were perceived to be smarter than management
Distant Relatives & friends were often given promotions over many deserving individuals. This firm practices nepotism This firm is afraid of people who may be smarter than the owner and mostly eliminates them to satisfy the ego's of management.
Overall compensation for your work
Average for the industry.
Lower level employees often described this as the best place they worked.
People who asked for leave were almost never allowed to return without severe pay cuts.. As a result of this policy, most who wanted to return didn't. Upon losing a major acct a few years ago pay was reduced 20% across the board. A low thinking person will probably enjoy this job.
