Our culture is an environment focused on dedication, hardwork, and fun. Because of this triage of
Freedom to work independently
MeetingPlay hires the best of the best - with the hope that each individual can work independently as well as collaboratively.
Transparency and follow through could use a boost - but what start up doesn't struggle in similar ways?
Attitude towards older colleagues
I do feel favorites are played - and this is something that could be worked on.
It is entirely up to you to seek career growth and development - so if you're looking for a place that will encourage or provide opportunity (unless you do it in your own time/dime) MP is not the place for you.
Office / Work Environment
Well... we don't have bean bags, or standing desk :)
I have never loved a company more than I love MeetingPlay. Because of this - I find myself wanting to share it with others -whether it's promoting the amazing services and products we offer, or trying to recruit friends to join the team.
Working in a startup environment - nothing is ever 'guarenteed', and I believe that contracts and/or agreements aren't always followed through on - but there are many other things that compensate for this.
Suggestions for improvement
- Take a vacation where you don't bring your laptops, and soak up the sun! :)
What I like about the company
I truly feel I am making an impact - I work with an amazing group of people, that genuinely love being part of the team. Each and everyone employee, regardless of position or title is wonderful. We're a great group of diverse, but caring and hardworking individuals that work together.
What I dislike about the company
Transparency is key - it helps build a deeper connection and commitment/involvement with a company, and this is essential for smaller businesses. Additionally - access to growth opportunities.
