Rather clique-ish. Does not promote collaboration well

Performance is rewarded with additional work and responsibility. Slackers are carried.
Fumes, dirty plant. No A/C for 80% of workforce
Morale is extremely low in hourly and salaried persons.
Niche market, non-US ownership does not lend comfort in the possibility of less profitable segments being sold off.
