Simply put, I was falsely accused and the management and union fought AGAINST me instead of for me.

My input was always "heard" but never acted upon. There was a HUGE lack of communication not just between the managers and staff, but between the managers themselves. Changes were never discussed with the employees.
I had a few co-workers that wouldn't do any work. Instead, they would pass the work off to other people, such as myself, claiming they were not trained in a task. However, even after they were trained, they still passed the work off.
