Suggestions for improvement
- Have someone who knows how to correctly document employees' time and allow payroll to make the corrections. Have a manager who is willing to communicate with employees instead of brushing them off!
I dislike about the employer
Paychecks/direct deposit are consistently incorrect or missing altogether. Payroll refuses to assist, telling employees to talk to the manager, even though the manager is the one who turns in the incorrect numbers. On top of that, this manager refuses to return phone calls, emails or text messages. There doesn't seem to be ANYONE in this Melwood location who is willing to help or direct us to who we can talk to.
