Poor support of Management staff unless you are a nurse.
Level of Autonomy
Significant amount of micro-management. Independent thinking is not encouraged or rewarded.
Communication is poor at best. There is more dictation of what "you will do" than requests for input.
A review of the management structure will reveal their penchant for female administrators and managers. Cultural and sexual orientation diversity is significant with a slant towards females as stated above.
