Suggestions for improvement
- I suggest spreading pay for 10 month employees over 12 month period.
I like about the employer
I loved the work I did and I believe I had an impact on many children.
I dislike about the employer
I disliked that many people were "grandfathered" into positions versus competitive hiring practices. I don't like the fact that 10 month employees could not draw unemployment in the summer time. You either work two jobs or have no pay in the summer time. Bills don't stop in the summer. This is the reason I left.
