What I like about the company
Bonuses cut each year, while infractions double. General office seen as a punisher not a helping hand at times.
Upper level management stifle innovation, regard rigid policy as the key to productivity.
Great teamwork within and between departments!
Micromanagement from upper level management and general office at times.
Not a lot of statistics whether we are reaching our goals for the year, and no suggestions on how or improvements to the work environment from upper level management to meet those goals.
