Suggestions for improvement
- get that place staffed and respect what you have in employees before you lose them.also get rid of the riduculous data base open to all giving employees individual qa scores privacy is not respected by this employer
What I like about the company
they hire very good people, people you enjoy working with
What I dislike about the company
unrealistic work load. i was hired to get 60 new claims a week i never got less that 105 per week. in my 2 yrs there over 10 people quit. i finally left as it was the most unhealthy place to work no balance. and no end in site in fact it appeared the eagan office would close in next couple of years. even my last supervisor quit just could not take it anymore.
