Suggestions for improvement
- They need to hire more workers to cover positions. When you only have 3 workers ( 1 for each shift) you must work 7 days per week and 12 hours on weekend to give 1 worker a weekend off. No one to cover.
What I like about the company
Never had a layoff in over 100 years.
What I dislike about the company
You have no home life. Lots and lots of mandatory overtime. Only get 2 days off a month (maybe) No breaks, only if you can find time and then the work continues to build while you are gone.
