Suggestions for improvement
- They need to respect their employees more and give the nursing staff actual breaks during their shift. They also need to pay more competitively.
I dislike about the employer
Stuffy work environment; no breaks; staff treated poorly; lower level staff treated unfairly; eliminated my position while I was on FMLA; if you weren't one of the favorites, your job was constantly in jeopardy; felt like I was back in high school working there; WAY to much drama and gossiping.
