Attitude towards older colleagues

It seems like every time an older/experienced person leaves or is let go, they are replaced with someone fresh from college.

Overall compensation for your work

Decent salaries, Great PTO.

Work-Life Balance

Overtime work is expected.

What I like about the company

Nice office facility, challenging work.

What I dislike about the company

Overtime is expected on a regular basis. Sometimes it seems like management deliberately under bids projects, counting on overtime work to make a profit.
