Mercer is my first office job. I started as a health and benefits call center representative and moved over to the quality department. I think that there is great inclusion with the business resource groups. The on-site cafe is great lots of great choices. There is a great amount of extra classes you can take. The lower management is great.
They stress the need for us to go above and beyond, and provide "excellent customer experience", but when you do go above and beyond, it's never recognized or rewarded. For this reason I have stopped offering to do anything out off my job description. I'm not helping with training or coaching of any of that. You want me to do extra? Pay better! Promote me!!!
Not very much communication or support from management.
