The management staff is consumed by constant internal fighting. Everyone seems to have their own agenda with little consideration of their co-workers.
The company is led by two strong willed individual that have no consideration for others. They do not want to hear your ideas or opinions. Their mindset is that they are the leaders and everyone else will follow. If you fail to conform you will not last long in your position.
