Suggestions for improvement
- Company should have better management evaluations.
People help each other across departments. Work and life balance; Good overall compensation
Higher management has been changed to frequently resulting in large scale reoranization every 2-3 years. This screwed up all research work that need at least 5 years stable environment. Job security is low. Employee feel no future working with Merck
