Suggestions for improvement
- Ease up, promote from within. When you have long term, good employees and they don't have a chance for promotion they leave.
I like about the employer
Growing company and provides much needed services to low income families and seniors.
I dislike about the employer
Too corporate, micro management, 12 binders worth of forms other than compliance which takes too much time away from doing the actual job at hand. Also, no flexibility. ..if you ever rubbed someone wrong or you do your current job too well you will never get promoted.
