Suggestions for improvement
- Management should refrain from socializing with employees outside work, especially when alcohol is involved. It creates an atmosphere if inequality among other employees who dont participate or are not invited to those events or outings. That happens frequently, especially in the various ICU's at Mercy.
I like about the employer
Flexible hours, we pick our own schedule, bonuses to work extra hours are fantastic. Lots of extra hours to pick if needed to make extra cash.
