Thwy are supposed to build custom architectural millwork, case work, cabinetry, and fixtures. No one in the leadership knows anything about how to actually build anything and they attempt to build custom work as if they are cranking out toasters or auto parts. Lean manufacturing principles and a production mentality are at odds with custom work, and they take no steps to remedy this gap.
They pay very little and care nothing for employee retention, and therefore their reputation is that of a revolving door. They know they can't attract talented professionals so they advertise for any that is " good with tools". Management does not care if you have sick children or if you are injured. If there is a discrepancy on a drawing you are told to stop asking questions and " just build it", then disciplined for building it wrong.
Place is just a joke. Avoid at all costs. I'd rather see my family starve than work here again.
