This has improved significantly. The culture was poor prior to the change in Executive leadership.
Support from Management
Decisions have been slow or not at all. Employees rarely requested for feedback.
A lot of dissention, especially at the top. Makes it harder to work with counterparts in other geographies or functional areas.
