Trust and fairness did not exist between upper management and staff. Some staff members are treated more favorably than others. Shaming staff was acceptable.
Support from Management
Conflict was a constant. Decision making was not a team process.
The last 3 years of my employment teamwork did not exist.

Employees were expected to take on more projects than a small could handle and process with success.
