Support from Management
Managers are always too busy to hear ideas and do not like when employees take initiative to implement working ideas that directly relate to the employees position.
Colleagues work hard together to make sure work is completed on time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Slow down the intake of new business to better focus on training new employees for a better foundation and on-boarding.
