In my personal experience motivating factor is not morals or ethics, but money driven.
Support from management
As an employee you are only there to earn the company money. They aren't concerned with employee satisfaction.
There are not good relations between the all the diciplines to give optimal patient care or outcomes.
Freedom to work independently
Within my dept the workload was fair.
Workplace issues were discussed with Supervisors, however there we no results. To improve workplace environment or efficiency.
Poor reputation contributes to less community utilization, thus affecting job stability.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat all employees equally giving value for all areas of diciplines.
