Support from Management
High turnover with people that are supposed to be leaders, but can't be because corporate wants to make all decisions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of production manager and replace with a more honest and people person. Offer company paid vacation without employees having to use PTO as the only time off compensation.
What I like about the company
As maintenance worker, I enjoyed working on equipment there. It previously had been slacking until I started.
